Leasing
How long are lease terms?
Residential leases run 12, 24 or 36 months, with seasonal options for secondary properties. Commercial terms are flexible from 12 to 60 months.
Can I buy the equipment at the end of the lease?
Yes. Every residential lease includes a transparent buy-out schedule, so if you decide the simulator is staying forever, you’ll know exactly what it costs to own it.
What is included in the monthly lease payment?
Every lease covers the equipment, professional delivery and installation, all service and repairs, software licences, and any required replacements for the duration of the term. You pay one monthly amount — there are no surprise bills.
Equipment
Does it work for left- and right-handed golfers?
Yes — with enough room width. Dual-handed setups need roughly 12 feet of width so either golfer can address the ball at centre. The fit check covers this.
Space requirements
How much ceiling height do I really need?
9 feet is our minimum for most golfers; 9′6″ is comfortable for taller players with a driver. If you’re between 8′6″ and 9′, run the room fit check — swing style and club selection sometimes make it workable.

What happens if something breaks?
You submit a service request from your customer portal and we repair or replace the equipment — typically within a few business days. Service is included in every lease; there are no repair bills.
